Wrightsville Beach offers surfing classes/camps for ages 10 – adult, which covers safety, wave catching, paddling, basic maneuvers, local regulations and surfing etiquette. Three-day clinics meet Tuesday – Thursday from 7:00-9:00 a.m. (9:00-11:00 a.m. class will be added once 7:00 a.m. classes are full). Limit six students with one experienced, adult instructor. Surfboards are included in the fee. Call for details.
